We were very satisfied with Briard Construction on other projects they completed for us in the past, so when we decided to turn our lake home into our future retirement home, we gave Hunter a call

Hunter listened to all the things we wanted to change, and we really appreciated his honesty when he came to us with the cost estimate.
He pointed out a few issues preventing a few things we wanted, as well as some issues we didn’t realize in the current home’s construction.
He suggested we consider a complete tear-down and rebuild.

This was a bit overwhelming at first.
However, Hunter did a great job in giving us ideas and allowing us to make changes in the design and layout of the model to fit our needs.We were also able to incorporate things from our old home into the build of our new one.

Hunter and his crew did great work
and the contractors he worked with were also top-notch. In the end, we got exactly what we wanted, and it was delivered on time, even with a few supply chain issues due to Covid.
